We are located on South Lagoon Drive  a short walk to the peaceful setting and quiet sunrise or sunsets of Grand Lagoon boat ramps, public access docks. A quiet residential area perfect for running, morning and night walks, or simply relaxation.  St Andrews State Park offers wonderful sunsets from the Pier, deer and wildlife watching, snorkeling and swimming are the area’s best!

Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville within a 15-20 minute drive.
